1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrb ("pkrb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and casino platform accessible at pkrb.app. These Terms govern all use of the pkrb website, mobile browser interface, and all products and services offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and fishing arcade games.

pkrb operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms apply to all registered users of the pkrb platform regardless of their location, device, or method of access. By creating a pkrb account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkrb platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register a pkrb account or use any pkrb services. pkrb enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documents to verify age. Accounts where the user cannot verify their age will be restricted and any funds returned subject to satisfactory identity verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted one pkrb account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using pkrb solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use pkrb on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pkrb and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any pkrb product.

pkrb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the customer relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pkrb support may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access pkrb's full range of products and services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to all pkrb accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide your legal full name, a valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or over, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a preferred payment method. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. pkrb is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, pkrb is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing the first withdrawal. You may be requested to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. All documents are processed securely and used solely for compliance purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrb login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. pkrb will never request your password. Any access to your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkrb account, you must notify pkrb support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All pkrb accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrb supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pkrb account are credited in real time or within minutes depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timelines are displayed at the point of transaction within your pkrb account. pkrb does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkrb account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified pkrb account identity. pkrb will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically 5–30 minutes following approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically 1–3 business hours following approval
• SadaPay: Typically 5–30 minutes following approval
• USDT TRC20: Subject to network confirmation times

pkrb reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where pkrb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. pkrb may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as stated in the fee schedule displayed within your account settings. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

5. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the pkrb platform is governed by the specific sport rules published within the pkrb sportsbook interface. The following general conditions apply to all wagers placed on pkrb:

• A wager is final and binding once confirmed in your pkrb account bet history. No wager may be cancelled or amended after confirmation except at pkrb's sole discretion.
• pkrb reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, pricing feed failure, or manifest error. Players will be notified of any voided wager and the stake returned to their account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and delay at any time. pkrb accepts no liability for bets placed during a technical interruption or data feed failure.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the pkrb sportsbook interface. pkrb reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your pkrb account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, pkrb's specific sport rules determine the settlement outcome. Generally, if an event does not complete within the specified timeframe, stakes are returned.

6. Casino & Games

pkrb offers live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar), slot titles, and fishing arcade games (Treasure Boat Fishing and 3 Gods Fishing). The following conditions apply to all casino and game activity:

• All casino and slot games on pkrb use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Results are independently tested and cannot be influenced by pkrb or any player.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final as recorded by the game server. In the event of a discrepancy between client-side display and server records, the server records take precedence.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session void all pays and plays for the affected round. The affected stake is returned to the player's pkrb account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for all live casino tables and game titles are displayed within the game interface and may change without prior notice.
• pkrb reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any game title at any time without advance notice to players.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pkrb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all pkrb promotions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to a single verified pkrb account per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• pkrb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have their existing bonus terms honoured unless there is evidence of abuse.
• Where a player attempts to withdraw before meeting applicable wagering requirements, pkrb reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period are forfeited automatically.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkrb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme and requires all players to engage with these tools in good faith.

• Age Verification: pkrb enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being held by under-age individuals will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their pkrb account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of their pkrb account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from pkrb of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is suspended and no access, deposits, or wagers are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from pkrb. Self-exclusion requests for a minimum period of 6 months are irrevocable for the stated duration. pkrb will use reasonable endeavours to prevent self-excluded players from reactivating their accounts before the exclusion period expires.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from recognised support organisations. pkrb support is available 24/7 in English and Urdu to assist with activating any responsible gaming tool.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrb platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one pkrb account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or exploit game mechanics
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, pricing feeds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — commonly referred to as "gnoming," "arbitrage abuse," or "bonus abuse"
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the pkrb platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with any component of the pkrb platform or its underlying software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrb staff, support agents, or other platform users

Where pkrb determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, pkrb reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account, void any open bets or pending withdrawals, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrb platform — including but not limited to the pkrb brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrb or its licensed content providers. No portion of the pkrb platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without pkrb's prior written consent.

pkrb grants registered players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrb platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrb's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the pkrb platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrb is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to access the pkrb platform
• Delays, interruptions, or failures in the pkrb platform caused by circumstances beyond pkrb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their pkrb account credentials
• Decisions made by the player in connection with wagers placed on the pkrb platform

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Closure

Players may request closure of their pkrb account at any time by contacting pkrb support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

pkrb reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity fraud, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete identity verification. Where pkrb closes an account for regulatory or fraud reasons, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrb's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights as applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

14. Amendments

pkrb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material to player rights or obligations, pkrb will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform or registered player email address. Minor amendments — including but not limited to corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in pkrb's product range — may take effect immediately.

The version of these Terms displayed on the pkrb platform at any given time is the operative version. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
